Dye Sublimation Printing
Dye sublimation printing involves the use of a digital printer to produce a print on sublimation transfer paper. The sublimation paper is then placed into a heat press with the fabric and exposed to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius. The artwork is then transferred from the paper to the fabric. The fabric has the artwork embedded in the material and the design will not scratch from the surface. The fabric has a matte finish, which photographs well and suits indoor and outdoor use.

WHAT MAKES OUR STAR SHADES AND ARCH TENTS DIFFERENT FROM THE COMPETITION
Our products have been so popular in Australia, that we have stretched into the International market and our marquees have had an incredible reception. From our smallest folding marquees to our massive event tents, we can cover the needs of everyone.
We use two printing processes with for our star tents and shades. For PVC, we use a 6-colour digital printing process. The ink is printed directly onto the PVC surface and then we apply a clear liquid seal to lock in the colour and provide protection against scratching. The liquid seal allows for easy cleaning and stains can be easily removed. All of this is done in our advanced factory where we design and produce all of our high-quality marquees, tents and gazebos. If you are looking for something that does not appear in our standard ranges, we can certainly make it for you! Our design engineers have designed many custom arch tents and uniquely shaped marquees for clients who needed something different. We have even incorporated a few of these special designs into our own marquee ranges. If you have an idea or concept, we can help you bring it to reality!
Dome Marquees are one of our more unusual ranges, yet we have still been able to develop a variety of applications. Our dome tents have been used as green houses, film sets, production facilities, homes, offices and even accommodation on Mt Everest! Their potential for use and practicality is virtually endless! They are designed using exceptionally strong and robust powder coated steel frames. Their geometrical design allows them to be used in many different locations and environments that other standard marquees cannot. The frame is made from interlocking cross sections, giving the structure its incredible strength. The Dome Marquee is available from as small as 6m diameter up to a massive 24m diameter. Special entrances can be made that interlock one dome to another, completely sealing out the environment and elements. The dome tent cover is made from our heavy duty Sioen PVC and it comes in a large variety of vibrant colours.

Our star shades are available in both single and double pole formats and they come in a variety of sizes. They are also available in a heavy-duty PVC or a lighter weight polyester fabric. Both of these specially designed fabrics can be fully printed and offer the highest ultra violet (UV) rating. We put our products through intense fire resistance and water penetration tests to ensure that meet all Australian safety standards. Unprinted star shades and tents are fantastic for schools or sporting clubs that need instant shade and lots of it!
Side walls are a great accessory and can be easily attached to our arch tents and star tents to keep out the harsh sunlight or shelter against wind and rain. They are able to fold away into a compact space and can be easily transported in most small vehicles.
